Socially Aware by Design: Building successful values-led small businesses

In conversation with female creative industry leaders and Certified B.Corp companies, the panel discusses what it means to build and lead a values-aligned small creative business; the benefits of being socially aware and humanising the workplace; what defines a B.Corp, and; models to influence conscious change.

What this event aims to cover:

1. What it means to build and lead a values-aligned small business in today's economic landscape

2. How being a socially aware small business can benefit the business itself, the customer/client, the world

3. What defines a BCorp and what certification entails/the Certification process

4. How this model (or similar non-certified structure) suits and supports small businesses
