We are delighted to be able to offer the opportunity to meet with Elizabeth Hartnell-Young and Carol Kiernan of the Honour A Woman campaign, established to encourage more nominations of women for Australian honours. Co-founded by Dr Elizabeth Hartnell-Young, Carol Kiernan and Ruth McGowan OAM, 'Honour a woman' seeks gender parity in nominations, 50:50 by 2020.

During the workshop, we will:
– discuss what the Award of Australia medals are
– dispel the exclusive nature of the awards
– talk about the gender disparity in the awards
– talk about the nomination process
– get people working on nominations
– have one completed nomination on the night and develop a list of women who they could nominate in the future.
